Summary
Mr. Benigno is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Hudson. He directs day-to-day operations and personnel management, and co-heads risk management and strategic planning for the company. In addition, he is responsible for Hudson's trading of crude oil options and futures contracts on the NYMEX.

Work Experience
Prior to forming Hudson, Mr. Benigno was an executive manager and senior trader for Marubeni International Petroleum Co. While at Marubeni, he traded and managed listed options and a variety of OTC products. He began his career at Cooper, Neff & Associates to develop an expansion satellite office for trading options in New York. In April 1999, Mr. Benigno co founded Smart Energy. Smart Energy is a retailer of electricity and natural gas to residential and small commercial customers. Mr. Benigno served as Co-Chairman of the Board.

Qualifications
Mr. Benigno received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Clark University.
