Prior to joining HCEnergy, Mr. Sheng was a floor trader on the COMEX exchange and had launched a fund called Infinergy Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in the futures market, 15 years specifically with the exchange traded and OTC energy markets. He was head of the NY energy brokering desk at Refco and worked for a number of other FCM's including ABN Amro, UBS, Cargill, Man and PVM.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.
