Cleared Energy Derivative Marketer, US

Job Summary:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced energy/banking professional who would like to join a growing company. The job will involve calling on commercial hedgers, FCM account executives, Introducing Brokers, corporates and funds that use NYMEX cleared instruments. This position requires extensive travel.

Essential Functions:

• Marketing to clients with energy exposure through direct coverage of FCMs, Introducing Brokers, banks, funds, corporates, etc.
• Implementation of marketing and trading strategy
• Execution of trades when required
• Support Managing Director in various projects

Qualifications

• Existing book of business in the cleared energy derivative space
• Experience in cleared futures and options markets, (energy or related)
• Strong understanding of commodity futures and options
• Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
