on European Markets

Job Summary:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced energy/banking professional to cover and grow the European market. The job will involve calling on commercial hedgers, FCM Account Executives, Introducing Brokers, Corporate and Fund clients that use NYMEX cleared instruments. This position is based in Zug, Switzerland and requires extensive travel.

Essential Functions:

• Marketing to clients with energy exposure through direct coverage of FCMs, Introducing Brokers, banks, funds, corporate etc.
• Implementation of marketing and trading strategy
• Client coverage for Asian and North American desks during European hours
• Training and development of junior sales personnel
• Execution of trades when required
• Support Managing Director in various projects

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Existing book of business in the cleared energy derivative space
• Experience in cleared futures and options markets, (energy or related)
• Strong understanding of commodity futures and options
• Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Physical supply management or trading experience a plus
• Candidates living in or around Zug a plus
• Ability to speak multiple languages a plus

Salary range: Commensurate with ability and experience + discretionary annual performance bonus
